My writing, social posts, talks, and resources are for general information and education. They are not individualized assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support. Reading something here or sending an enquiry does not create a therapist-client relationship.

Therapy services

I currently provide therapy through Attached Kids. Appointments, eligibility, consent, fees, privacy, and clinical care are arranged through that practice. An enquiry or booking request does not guarantee an appointment.

Using my resources

You are welcome to use free resources for personal reflection or within your own professional practice, unless a resource says otherwise. Please do not sell, republish, or present my work as your own. Resources cannot account for every person’s history, circumstances, or needs.
